Eligibility & Structure

  • Newly formed entity (no restructuring or spin-offs)
  • Less than 10 years old
  • Annual turnover under ₹100 crore
  • Entity must be a Private Limited Company, LLP, or registered Partnership Firm

Registration Process

  • Visit the Shram Suvidha Portal (Ministry of Labour & Employment)
  • Log in and click “Is Any of your Establishment a StartupRs”
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration
